Your team works on tasks they already do, with Claude, in the room.

Example exercise (illustrative)
Claude · Project: Weekly client report

Summarize the attached sales spreadsheet for the Monday meeting. Three bullets, plain language, flag anything that looks off.

Claude Revenue is up 8% on the prior month, driven by two accounts. Returns doubled in the West region, which is worth a check. Row 41 has a blank total.

Employees then verify each point against the source file, the habit we teach throughout.

Taught through real business work.

AI Consulting NYC builds AI workflows for businesses, including invoice processing, lead qualification, and review responses. Our training draws on that practical experience, not just product tutorials.

Our experience includes designing a two-day, in-person Claude enablement program for a New York real estate company, covering group training, department-specific workshops, reusable prompts and practical context files.

How we teach:

  • Every exercise starts from your own work, using approved or redacted files
  • We cover limits as well as strengths: when to double-check Claude, and when not to rely on it
  • We confirm what your plan and administrator settings allow before the session

Exercises are illustrative and tailored to your team and format.

What your team takes back to work

Saved prompts for routine tasksAll formats
Employees start recurring drafting, summarizing, and analysis from a tested prompt instead of a blank page.
A working Claude ProjectHalf-day and full-day
Reusable instructions and reference material for a recurring responsibility, so teammates get a consistent starting point.
A habit of checking the sourceAll formats
Employees learn to verify Claude’s output against the original file before it reaches a client or a manager.
Notes and a curriculum copyHalf-day and full-day
Reference material for people who missed the session, or who join the team later.

The 2-hour introduction covers selected foundations; Projects and session materials are part of the longer formats. Time saved varies by team and task. We don’t promise specific results; we teach the methods and agree the exercises with you in advance.

What your employees will learn.

Topics and depth are agreed for your session. Tap a topic to see an example.

01PromptingAsk clearly and improve a first answer.
In practiceStart with an unclear request, add an audience and desired format, then compare the results. Learn when to ask follow-up questions and how to check the answer.
02ProjectsReusable instructions and shared knowledge.
In practiceSet up a Project for a recurring responsibility. Add relevant reference material and instructions, then test it with a new conversation.
03ContextGive Claude the background it needs.
In practiceUse an approved company overview, writing example, and task brief. See how relevant context changes the response, and what should stay out.
04ArtifactsBuild and refine reports and simple tools.
In practiceBuild a report or simple interactive tool from a supplied brief. Review it, make changes, and learn how to reuse or share the result appropriately.
05File analysisWork with PDFs, spreadsheets, and documents.
In practiceUpload a sample file, ask targeted questions, compare information, and check the findings against the source. Learn the limits of file handling and analysis.
06Claude DesktopUse Claude from your computer.
In practiceNavigate the desktop app, bring approved files into a conversation, and understand the settings and permissions relevant to your work.
07ResearchCompare sources and summarize findings.
In practiceInvestigate a business question and build a sourced summary. Open citations, check important claims, and distinguish evidence from assumptions.
08ConnectorsUse Claude with approved workplace tools.
In practiceUnderstand how an available connector works, what it can access, and which actions need review. Live practice depends on your administrator’s approval and access.

Features depend on your Claude plan and administrator settings. We confirm access before training.

Book a call. We build the session around your work.

No technical background needed.

  1. We talk first. A free call plus a short questionnaire covers your team, their experience, and what you want them to learn.
  2. We prepare. We confirm account access and build exercises from approved or redacted examples of your own work.
  3. We teach, then follow up. Live instruction with hands-on practice. Half- and full-day formats include a 30-minute follow-up within 30 days.

A few practical details.

We haven’t adopted Claude yet. Can you help?
Yes. The initial call can cover your starting point and the access participants will need. You don’t need a Claude account to have that conversation. For hands-on training, we agree on accounts and features in advance; subscriptions are separate.
Can you train employees with different experience levels?
Yes. We use the questionnaire to understand the group. Depending on its size and range of experience, we may recommend a shared introduction followed by separate sessions or department-based practice.
Will every session cover all eight topics?
No. A two-hour introduction covers selected foundations. Longer formats allow more topics and practice. We agree on the curriculum before you book, including which capabilities your accounts support.
Can employees use confidential company files?
Only material your organization authorizes for use with Claude. We agree on boundaries before the session and can work entirely with sample or redacted files. Your internal policies and administrator settings take priority.
Does connector training include setting up integrations?
We teach employees how to use supported, approved connectors and understand their permissions. Custom integrations, software development, automation, and IT administration are separate implementation work, scoped before anything begins.
How do we get a quote?
Book a free 30-minute consultation. We’ll discuss team size, learning goals, delivery format, and timing, then send a written scope and fee. There is no obligation to book training.
