Plain-English answers to what we collect, why we collect it, and what happens to it.

Effective: June 22, 2026 Last updated: June 22, 2026

TL;DR

We collect what you give us when you fill out our intake form, time audit tool, or booking page — plus standard website analytics. We use it to prepare for your strategy session and run our business. We don't sell it. You can ask us to delete it anytime by emailing support@aiconsulting.nyc.

1. Who we are

This website (aiconsulting.nyc) is operated by Digital Studio USA LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as AI Consulting NYC. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Digital Studio USA LLC. References to "you" mean any visitor to this website or person who submits information to us.

For privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@aiconsulting.nyc.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us, information collected automatically when you use the site, and information from third parties that help us run the site.

a) Information you give us

When you fill out our intake form, time audit tool, or booking flow, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Company name, company website, role, and team size
  • The tools and software your business uses
  • A description of your workflows, time drains, hours per week spent on tasks, and the cost of those tasks
  • Your timeline, budget range, and what success looks like for your engagement
  • Any additional context you choose to share in free-text fields
  • Booking details (date, time, time zone) you provide when scheduling a strategy session
  • Any messages or attachments you send to us by email

b) Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect:

  • IP address, approximate location (city/region), and general device information
  • Browser type, operating system, and screen size
  • Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, and clickstream data
  • Cookies, local storage values, and similar identifiers
  • For form submissions: a "form loaded at" timestamp and reCAPTCHA token used for bot prevention

c) Information from third parties

Some of the services we use (listed in Section 5) may identify the company associated with a visitor's IP address or supplement what we know about a visit with publicly available business data. We treat that information the same way we treat data you give us directly.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

  • Prepare a custom pre-call brief for your strategy session
  • Respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver services you request
  • Send the results, prompts, or follow-up materials you ask for (such as time audit results emailed to you)
  • Run, monitor, secure, and improve the website and the forms on it
  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and automated submissions
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
  • Send occasional follow-up email about your inquiry; we do not add you to a marketing newsletter without your opt-in

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the contents of your intake answers to train any third-party AI model.

4. Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA / UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your information on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to take steps you request before entering into a services agreement and to deliver services you've engaged us for.
  • Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve the website and to communicate with you about your inquiries.
  • Consent: where required by law for certain cookies, marketing emails, or analytics tools; you can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable law.

5. Third-party services we use

We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to operate the site and run our business. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy:

Analytics & Tag Management

Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics

Loads tracking scripts and measures site usage. Operated by Google LLC.

Visitor Identification

Leadsy.ai

Identifies the business associated with a visitor's IP address so we can recognize companies engaging with our site.

Bot Prevention

Google reCAPTCHA v2

Protects our forms from automated abuse. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Scheduling

Cal.com

Powers our strategy session booking flow. Receives your name, email, and any answers you provide while booking.

Fonts & Libraries

Google Fonts & CDN-hosted libraries

Deliver typefaces and front-end libraries. These services may log your IP address when your browser requests assets.

Email Delivery

Transactional email + Google Workspace

Delivers your intake submission, audit results, and our replies to you.

We may add or remove vendors as our stack evolves. Material changes will be reflected in this policy.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We and the third parties listed above set cookies and similar identifiers to make the site work, remember preferences, measure usage, and prevent abuse. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings, but parts of the site (including our forms) may not function properly without them.

7. How we share your information

We share information only as needed to operate our business and only with parties bound to handle it responsibly:

  • Service providers who help us run the site, deliver email, schedule calls, and prevent abuse (see Section 5).
  • Professional advisors such as our attorneys and accountants, when needed.
  • Government authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — your information would be transferred under terms consistent with this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Data retention

We keep intake submissions, time audit results, and booking records for as long as needed to operate our business, respond to follow-up requests, and meet our legal obligations — generally up to 36 months from your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or we are required to keep it longer.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Receive a portable copy of your information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email support@aiconsulting.nyc. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

California residents: the rights above apply to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. If we become aware of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

11. Children

This website is intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, by posting a prominent notice on the site.
